HDPE Uniaxial Geogrid Introduction:
HDPE Uniaxial Geogrid was made by high density polyethylene as its raw material, produced through plate-extruding, punching, heating, stretching.
After stretching, the messy chain constructurt will be orioutated again to get a linear state, so that the geogrid enhances its tensile strength & rigidity.
By laying it into the foun- dation soil, the stress transmission organ will the constructed through the meshing and lock between the mesh hole and soil, to spread the partial to wide soil base, rapidly & efficiently. Then the partial destroy stress will be lowed down, the lifespan will be elongated.
HDPE Uniaxial Geogrid Feature:
1. High unidirectional tension resistance, good creep resistance and stable chemical nature.
2. It has large friction factor with sandy stone.
HDPE Uniaxial Geogrid Application:
1. It is mainly used in retaining wall, bridge abutment, steep slope project and so on.
2. Retaining wall and bridge abutment belong to force bearing structures and bear all external loads such as active soil pressure, support of structure upper part and temperature stress, under the function and repeated function of dynamic load, molecule structure of reinforcement material occurs fatigue, its performance occurs attenuation and aging of grid quickens.
In order to avoid large deformation of structure caused by creep of reinforcement material. Unidirectional grid with high-density polyethylene(HDPE) as raw material shall be used.
